The new 370,000-square-foot West Clermont High School is part of a $100 million project that gives the school a 2,500 student capacity – all of which can be seated in the gymnasium. The complex has 1,100 parking spaces, a 4,500 seat stadium, a 1,002 seat Performing Arts Center, Competition Pool, modern cafeteria, bank, spirit shop, and 2 gymnasiums spread across 75 acres. The building was also designed and constructed to achieve Silver LEED certification with energy savings measures employed throughout.

Superior Insealators was instrumental in the implementation of these energy saving solutions by providing and installing an Icynene Spray Polyurethane Foam Insulation and Air Barrier System to all exterior walls prior to installation of brick. A Prosoco Flashing System was used for all window and door flashings to ensure no air and water infiltration into the building around windows and doors.

The installation of this system was verified by multiple third-party groups who performed Commissioning on the entire building upon completion. This project was also monitored and inspected utilizing the Quality Assurance Program by the Air Barrier Association of America (ABAA).
