Kindred Healthcare plans to attach to its existing headquarters a new six-story, 142,000-square-foot structure with the open-air courtyard. The $36 million expansion project is expected to house 500 new Kindred employees. The ground level of the expansion will have about 7,000 square feet for both a restaurant and a coffee shop.
Superior Insealators provided and installed a Tremco ExoAir Fluid-applied Air Barrier System to the exterior studded wall sheathing. This system will keep the building air and water tight to ensure an energy efficient building.
