The Neuro-Diagnostic Institute and Advanced Treatment Center is Indiana’s first new state mental hospital since 1952. The new 239,000 square foot state-of-the-art neuro-diagnostic treatment institute is the flagship of Indiana’s network of state-operated mental health facilities and a cornerstone for efforts to address the scourge of drug addiction in Indiana.
Superior Insealators provided a Tremco Self Adhering Sheet Membrane Air Barrier System that was installed to the exterior walls prior the exterior facades. The combination of these products helped to ensure the building performed efficiently and provided comfort to the many people served in the facility.
The IU Health Neuroscience Center for Excellence consisted of a six-story, 270,000-square-foot building and the attached 960-car parking garage. The facility includes a walk-in care and imaging center as well as an outpatient rehab area, conference rooms, auditorium and pharmacy. The imaging suite features three MRI rooms, two CT rooms and one radiology room.
