Compass Park, formerly the Indiana Masonic Home, invested $12 million to overhaul the 100-year-old building. Improvements include renovating apartments, updating electrical wiring, building new bathrooms, and updating interiors including energy efficiency upgrades.

Superior  Insealators provided and installed Icynene Proseal Spray Polyurethane Foam to the exterior stud walls and roof decking. International Fireproof Technology’s DC315 was added to the spray foam in various locations to ensure fire code and life safety requirements were met.
