During the Hamilton-Southeast & Fishers High School Additions, Superior Insealators installed Icynene Closed-cell Spray Polyurethane Foam Insulation and Air Barrier System to exterior walls prior to installation of masonry and metal panel systems. Also installed WR Meadows Self-adhered Air Barrier Flashing to the windows and doors prior to installation of Spray Foam to ensure the continuity of the air barrier systems.
The $85 million expansion adds over 170,000 SF to each school and allows for 1,000 additional students at each location.
The Academies offer an optimum learning environment with new spaces that include teaching stations, administrative areas, a cafeteria, and kitchen, as well as new performing arts additions, physical education space, and expansions to the existing natatorium at Hamilton Southeastern High School. Both schools also received upgrades to existing parking lots, tennis courts, football grandstand expansions, and football concession buildings.
