Brownsburg Ambulatory Care Center

Brownsburg, Indiana

General Contractor | Wurster Construction

Architect | BSA Lifestructures

To provide for the growing medical needs of northern Hendricks County and beyond, Hendricks
Regional Health constructed a new facility in Brownsburg. The 100,000 square-feet retail healthcare center houses an emergency room and immediate care center, lab and radiology services, a comprehensive women’s center, physician offices, a retail pharmacy, specialty clinic and additional retail space.

Healthcare consumers expect ease of access and retail convenience; this project addressed the needs and desires of the local community.

Icynene Proseal Closed Cell Spray Foam Insulation was sprayed to the exterior walls of the building while W.R. Meadows Airshield Liquid Flash and Flashing Membrane were used to complete transitions and maintain air barrier continuity.

The installation of this system was verified by multiple third-party groups who performed Commissioning on the entire building upon completion. This project was also monitored and inspected utilizing the Quality Assurance Program by the Air Barrier Association of America (ABAA).
