Commercial Construction Sales Coordinator

Summary of Position

We are in search of a Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity with a rapidly growing company. This position is responsible for pre-qualifying bids and probiding our customers with information about our products and services which will be key to meeting our growth objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyzing prospective projects to evaluate size and scope of work to determine if project is a qualified lead
  • Coordinate and manage the bid process by distributing qualified leads to our estimators and project managers
  • Perform take-offs and estimates as needed for project bidding
  • Grow and develop relationships with existing customers and prospective contractors/clients to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ensure continued sales growth in targeted markets by helping facilitate strategic sales and marketing plans
  • Track and report sales metrics in staff meetings
  • Attend pre-construction and progress meetings

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in sales, sales coordinator, or other relevant areas in construction preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with customers/clients
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced multi-task environment
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong organizational skills with strong aptitude in problem solving
  • Dedicated professional who enjoys being part of a collaborative team
  • Experience with plans and specifications in construction helpful
